7-year-old girl killed in fatal boat collision

A 7-year-old girl was killed after being struck by a boat while swimming in the water near Buckskin State Park on the Colorado River.

The boat driver, Arthur Garcia, was arrested by the San Bernardino Police Department for operating the vessel in a reckless and negligent manner while under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.
