65-Year-Old Man Reported Missing In LA
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public's held on Monday to locate a 65-year-old man who has been reported missing in Los Angeles.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Somsak Soonthornvacharin was last seen near the 1000 block of South Curson Avenue this morning.
Officers said Soonthornvacharin was heading towards a 7-Eleven convenience store, located near San Vicente and Hauser boulevards, at the time of his disappearance.
Detectives described him as an Asian man who speaks Thai. He was last seen wearing a button up shirt with shorts and sandals.
At this time, it remains unclear if he also speaks English.
Soonthornvacharin is new to the area and does not know his way around, police said.
