60 Freeway 'Summer Slam' Begins Friday Night
INDUSTRY (CBSLA.com) — A series of 55-hour weekend closures on the Pomona (60) Freeway in Industry will begin Friday night, possibly causing traffic delays in the San Gabriel Valley.
The closures, which Caltrans calls "Summer Slam," will affect lanes in both directions between Nogales Street and Fullerton Road for pavement rehabilitation work, officials said.
