5 Arrested For Rail Theft Totaling $250K

Police with the Rail Cargo Taskforce arrested five suspects allegedly involved in stealing over $250,000 worth of merchandise from trains.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers from commercial crimes and Union Pacific arrested the five suspects on March 16. In addition to the $250,000 of merchandise, the suspects were arrested with $5698, four stolen vehicles and one stolen motorcycle.
