4 Suspects In Northridge Murders Agree To Extradition
LAS VEGAS (CBSLA.com) — A 31-year-old Southern California man and three alleged accomplices have agreed to be transferred in custody from Las Vegas to Los Angeles to face charges in a quadruple murder.
KNX 1070's John Brooks reports the alleged shooter, Ka Pasasouk, along with Howard Alcantara, Christina Neal and Donna Rabulan, told a judge Thursday they won't fight extradition.

Las Vegas police arrested them at the Silverton Hotel and Casino less than 24 hours after four people were shot at an unlicensed boarding house early Sunday morning in Northridge.
The dead were identified Thursday as 24-year-old Amanda Ghossen of Monterey Park, 26-year-old Jennifer Kim of Montebello, 34-year-old Robert Calabia of Los Angeles and 49-year-old Teofilo Navales of Castaic.
Pasasouk has an extensive criminal record and was released from prison in January after state prison officials were ordered to reduce overcrowding in response to the passage of the California prison realignment law.
City Councilman Dennis Zine said changes must be made to determine which inmates should be eligible for early release.
"Certain individuals that continue committing these violent crimes, you gotta look at it realistically and say, 'Are we gonna protect society, or are we gonna let these people out?'" Zine said.
A motive for the slayings remains unknown.
