4-Legged Winner Of 'Britain's Got Talent' Visits KCAL9
STUDIO CITY (CBS) — He flew to America on Simon Cowell's private jet because he's just too precious to fly in cargo.
The newest winner of "Britain's Got Talent" stopped by KCAL9 Friday, four legs and all.
The dancing dog Pudsey and his 17-year-old co-star and owner, Ashleigh Butler, performed a few tricks and discussed their big win.
Butler, who hails from Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, received Pudsey on her 11th birthday and trained him to jump, dance on his hind legs, and weave between her knees.
The pair flew out to Hollywood earlier this week for a few on-screen appearances and to discuss their newest book deal.
"My life's work is now complete," Simon Cowell said after the winners were announced. The Border Collie, Bichon Frise, and Chinese Crested mix performed a routine the critical Cowell declared his "favorite ever."
The final performance, set to music from "Mission Impossible", drew in nearly 15 million viewers in the UK and millions of viewers on YouTube.
