34 Abandoned German Shepherd Dogs Wait For Owner At Devore Shelter
DEVORE (CBSLA.com) — More than 30 German Shepherds found abandoned in a red-tagged Highland home were taken to the Devore shelter.
Thirty-four German Shepherd mixed-breed dogs were removed from the Highland home Monday night. Authorities say they were not being cared for when animal control arrived, but that they appeared to be in good health.
San Bernardino County officials say they are trying to reach the owner. But if the owner does not appear within 10 days, the dogs will be put up for adoption.
