$26M SuperLotto Plus Winner Sold In South El Monte
SOUTH EL MONTE (CBSLA.com) — A lucky ticket holder in South El Monte woke up Sunday $26 million richer.
A winning SuperLotto Plus ticket was sold at Sam's Liquor (9660 E. Garvey Avenue), according to CA Lottery officials.
The winning numbers drawn were 6, 16, 22, 27, and 32. The Mega number was 3.
Two tickets matched five of the numbers (a 5/5 ticket) failing to match the Mega. Those tickets are worth $23,172 a piece. One was sold in Bakersfield and the other, closer to home, in Victorville (Convenience Retailers #5737, 13724 Bear Valley Road.)
The next SuperLotto Plus draw on Wednesday has a jackpot of $7 million. The record SuperLotto Plus jackpot was $193 million in February 2002.
The current Powerball jackpot is at $80 million. Mega Millions, meanwhile, is now at $100 million.
