$25K Reward Offered For Suspect Sought In Armed Robbery Of Studio City Post Office
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man who robbed the Studio City Post Office Wednesday.
Police were called to the scene following reports of a man armed with a semi-automatic handgun robbing 3950 Laurel Canyon Blvd. at approximately 3 p.m., City News Service reports.
No one was reported injured during the hold-up.
Investigators describe the suspect a white, in his late 40s-to early 50s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and between 180-200 pounds with a blond mustache.
The suspect drove off in a dark-colored small-sized SUV and was wearing a beige T-shirt, jeans, white sneakers, black sunglasses and a green bandana during the robbery, according to reports.
Police ask that anyone who believes they have come into contact with the suspect to refrain from approaching him.
