21-Year-Old Woman Found Murdered In Santa Paula Park
SANTA PAULA (CBSLA.com) — A woman was found murdered in a Santa Paula park Saturday morning.
Officers were dispatched to Obregon Park in the 300 block of San Clemente Street on a call regarding an unresponsive female.
When officers arrived around 8:30 a.m., they found the victim with blood on her neck and face and apparent injuries to her neck.
Authorities identified the victim as Ashley Moran, 21, a Santa Paula resident.
She was declared dead at the scene by Santa Paula Fire personnel.
The Santa Paula Police, Ventura County Sheriff's, Ventura County Medical Examiner and Ventura County DA's office are all taking part in the investigation.

Police wouldn't tell CBS2's Art Barron what kind of weapon was used in the homicide but did tell him they were looking for two persons of interest connected with the crime.
