2 Suspects Arrested After Pursuit On 210 Freeway
VAN NUYS (CBS) — Two men were arrested Friday after leading authorities on a 40-minute chase in a stolen pickup truck.
A chase ensued when the driver, who appeared to be intoxicated, refused to pull over for LAPD officers and accelerated toward the 210 Freeway, an LAPD spokesman said.
The vehicle headed north toward Sylmar and went off the road into an embankment below the freeway near Foothill Boulevard, the spokesman said.
The two men, who were arrested around12:15 a.m., were hospitalized with minor injuries.
