2 people wounded after possible gang-related shooting in Lancaster
Two people were wounded in a possibly gang-related shooting in Lancaster early Sunday morning.
It happened at around 5 a.m. in the 44800 block of Yucca Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies arrived and found two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both were rushed to a nearby hospital by paramedics, one of which was listed in critical condition. The second victim is said to be stable at the latest. There was no information available on their ages, identities or gender.
Investigators did not provide any details on a possible motive or suspects involved in the shooting. They told KCAL News that they were looking into whether the incident is gang-related.
