2 Injured When Vehicle Overturns On 60 Freeway In Moreno Valley
MORENO VALLEY (CBSLA.com) — Two people were injured, one seriously, after a car flipped over on the 60 Freeway late Saturday morning, authorities said.
Firefighters responded to the 60 Freeway at Day Street, on the border between Riverside and Moreno Valley following the 10:37 a.m. call, and found one of the crash victims partially ejected and trapped in the overturned vehicle, according to the Riverside Fire Department.
Firefighters from the city and county worked to free the victim, who was taken to a hospital by ambulance, and was in critical condition.
A second person in the vehicle was also taken to a hospital, suffering from minor injuries.
