2-Alarm Restaurant Fire Causes Major Traffic Delays On PCH In Malibu
MALIBU (CBS) — Firefighters Monday battled a two-alarm blaze at the famed Beau Rivage restaurant in Malibu.
Crews were dispatched to the Beau Rivage, 26025 Pacific Coast Highway, around 6:10 a.m. for a fire in the eatery's attic, officials said.
Northbound and southbound lanes of PCH near Corral Canyon Road were blocked as crews worked to knock down the fire. It took about 90 minutes to contain, fire officials said.
One lane of PCH was reopened in both directions around 8 a.m.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause is under investigation.
