1 Killed In Crash Involving School Bus, 2 Vehicles In Pico Rivera
PICO RIVERA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Friday said one person was killed and a second injured in a collision involving two vehicles and a school bus in Pico Rivera.
The school bus was traveling west on Beverly Boulevard as it crossed over the 605 Freeway when a black Toyota and dark grey Lexus collided. The crash was reported about 12:54 p.m.
Officials said no injuries were reported on the bus which was reportedly carrying at least ten students.
The CHP shut Beverly Boulevard from Pioneer Boulevard to San Gabriel River Parkway in both directions while authorities investigated.
The identity of those involved has not been released. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
