Woman Killed, 3 Injured After Car Plows Into Restaurant
EAGLE ROCK (CBS) — A 50-year-old woman was killed and three other people were injured after a car drove into a restaurant in Eagle Rock Saturday night.
The car drove through the side of Troy's Burgers at 4738 York Boulevard, pummeling patrons and causing significant structural damage. A 50-year-old woman and her 20-year-old son were in the direct line of the oncoming car. She was taken to the hospital, where she later died and her son has been listed in critical condition.
Two other people suffered minor injuries.
An ATM against the counter reportedly helped stop the car.

Police initially handcuffed the driver then gave him a sobriety test to make sure the 19-year-old was not drinking. He was not arrested but could still be cited or charged.
