Style & Twisted Loc Convention
Sacramento’s second annual Convention showcasing the hair LOC (pronounces LOCK) & Dred community. Showing off the African-American culture and some of the hairstyles that go with it. There will be a hair show, live Loc demonstrations, a hair education panel, spoken word, comedy, a 360 booth as well as food and drinks.
