Rocky Mountain Re-Opening, 7am
Let's celebrate the grand reopening of Rocky Mountain chocolate factory, which has been open in Old Sacramento since 1984. The original owner, Jerry Haws, retired, and now we are the new owners. Will be giving away a ton of free chocolate, apples for a year cards, and even free river cat tickets!
