Prom Dress Drive
The Sacramento Public Library wants to help teenagers have a magical prom night, minus the not-so-magical price tag. The public is invited to donate to SPL's Annual Prom Drive & Giveaway, and teens are invited to shop the donated collection for free! Julissa Ortiz is checking it out!
