Supporting local is in bloom at this new vendor-filled festival in Elk Grove! Bloom Fest is a large-scaled market with more than 170 vendors that will take place every other month at Elk Grove Park. The markets will be filled with vendors, performers, DJs, food, artists and all kinds of family fun.
