These enormous OLED TVs have amazing reviews
Do you feel like you need a bigger and better TV to enjoy the Super Bowl? Super Bowl LVI kicks off Feb. 13. That means you have about a month left to find a big screen with the best picture, sound, smart TV capabilities and gaming options.
If you've shopped for a TV in the past five years, you've probably seen the terms LED, QLED and OLED mentioned in product descriptions. LED stands for light emitting diode. LED TVs have a backlight layer that brightens and dims your TV pixels as you watch your favorite TV shows and movies.
QLED stands for quantum light emitting diode. It is a variation of LED technology. QLED TVs include layers of quantum dot film. When hit by a backlight, these tiny dots emit individually colored lights that help create a more vibrant picture.
Unlike LED and QLED TVs, OLED TVs don't have a backlight layer. Instead, each pixel is its own teeny-tiny LED light that can independently change its luminosity and even turn off completely. Because each of their pixels function independently, these TVs have elite image quality and the darkest shadows.
If you're watching on a small screen, most of these qualities will look pretty much the same. So if you're buying an OLED, you should consider a bigger screen, so you can actually see the picture difference.
We've found enormous OLED TVs that have strong reviews. No matter if you're looking to upgrade to a bigger and better screen for family movie time, or for the NFL playoffs and subsequent Super Bowl LVI, we've found great deals on OLED TVs from top brands, including LG and Sony.
And while you're looking for great deals on an OLED TVs, be sure to check out our picks for all the best TVs on sale and the best deals on TVs ahead of the Super Bowl.
