According to September 2022 Consumer Price Index (CPI) data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the cost of TVs has actually fallen 17.9 percent since September 2021. That compares to an inflationary increase of 8.2 percent year over year, when all products and services Americans typically buy and use are considered.

Samsung just slashed the price of its super-popular "The Frame" 2022 smart TV by $1,000.
