ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - The family of Jonathan Paul is looking for answers after the Arlington man died this past March while behind bars. New video has been released showing Paul's last moments in jail, and two jailers have been indicted, facing charges of homicide.

Investigators said that Paul was arrested on outstanding warrants after police in Arlington got a call about a disturbance. Once inside of the jail, video shows Paul yelling, taking off his clothes, flooding a bathroom and not listening to commands. The two jailers then attempt to restrain Paul, telling him, "Give me your hands!"

At one point, Paul roared at the jailers, "I am the lion king!" He was put into isolation after other inmates started complaining about his behavior. After he was restrained, Paul was pepper-sprayed and then suffered a fatal heart attack.

The jailers have been identified as Pedro Medina, who is currently on leave with pay, and Steve Schmidt, who has since retired from his job. Both of them are now indicted for criminally negligent homicide. The Arlington Police Department has launched an administrative investigation, which should be complete in about two weeks.

Police are not commenting further at this point.

Paul's family and the Arlington chapter of the NAACP spoke about the investigation at a Tuesday news conference, saying that the Arlington man was guilty of nothing that should have resulted in his death.
