WYLIE (CBSDFW.COM) - A judge in Collin County is now considering whether a 15-year-old Wylie boy, accused of first-degree murder, will be tried as an adult.

On March 31, authorities found 15-year-old Nahum Martinez shot to death around 5:30 a.m in the 600 block of Linden Road in Wylie. His body was partially in a storm drain. During a court hearing on Monday, the prosecutor said that the shooting inside a nearby home was intentional. She also said that the suspect and a 14-year-old boy dumped the victim's body out of a second floor window and dragged it across the street.

A police officer who responded to the scene told the judge that, at one point, the suspect admitted that he did it.

There has been no word concerning when the judge will issue her ruling.
