FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - As search crews continued looking for a kayaker who went missing over the weekend, another body was found in the Trinity River.

Edgar Castro was kayaking with a friend when his boat overturned Saturday morning. On Tuesday, members of his family joined rescuers in their search. According to a family friend, it was Castro's brother who found the body while looking near Gateway Park. He said he immediately knew it wasn't his brother and members of a Fort Worth Fire Department search and recovery team also confirmed the body is not Castro.

"It was heartbreaking.  I thought it was my brother-in-law," Elizabeth Castro said. "We thought we had found him, but it was just another missing soul... just out there waiting to be found."

Officials have not identified the body found Tuesday.

Because of swift moving water , the Fort Worth Fire Department had been searching for Castro by air and on the ground. Workers with Texas Parks and Wildlife even brought in a specially equipped boat, with side-scan sonar, to help with the search. However, firefighters halted their search Monday while others continues.

With water levels down significantly, search teams were back out on the water Tuesday and continue looking for Castro. Fort Worth Fire Department Lieutenant Kyle Falkner said, "The conditions of the river have changed, and the fact that this body was located is an indicator that circumstances are different than they were just even 24 hours ago."

Officials say they believe the yet to be identified body is that of an area homeless man.
