It has grown a lot since it was initially built and has in fact been remodeled and expanded 3 times. It got its start as a narrow, one-story bar and is now a multi-level successful bar. In 1995, The Dallas Eagle was founded by Matt Miller and Mark Frazier. It was opened because the founders believed that the leather community in DFW had a need.
