4 People Rescued After Boat Overturns On Lake Ray Hubbard

ROWLETT (CBSDFW.COM) - Good news to report after a morning water rescue in Rowlett.
Emergency crews were called after a boat, with four people onboard, overturned on Lake Ray Hubbard. The three adults and one child had been left clinging to the side of the boat.
Dallas Fire Rescue immediately launched a boat to get to the vessel.
First-responders were able to find the boat easily and get everyone onboard their boat safely. No one on the overturned boat was seriously injured and the DFR boat, with the uprighted smaller boat in tow, transported everyone safely to shore.
