Salvation Army Cooling Center Locations
FORT WORTH (CBS 11 NEWS) – As we begin the hottest month of the summer and head into what's expected to be the hottest weekend so far, The Salvation Army reminds those in need there are 15 cooling stations set up across the DFW metroplex. The cooling stations provide a cool place to stay during hot daytime hours, ice-cold water, and survival tips for hot temperatures. Each station operates on different hours, in accordance with city schedules. Please contact the center directly for a schedule.
