What to know about consumer rights after Delta cancels flights

Delta says one of its critical systems that tracks where its crews are is still not fully operational and it's forced their delays and cancellations to snowball. The airline's CEO is apologizing to customers and Delta is offering refunds for transportation and other eligible expenses as well. David Fishman, owner of Cadillac Travel Group in Southfield, joined CBS News Detroit to talk about consumers rights.
