Oakland County sheriff speaks on his letter addressing Oxford High School shooting
Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard joined CBS News Detroit to talk about a letter he had written to his team and the community, more than two years after the Oxford High School shooting. This comes after the parents of the shooter were convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
