"Intimate partner" charged in murder of prominent Detroit doctor Devon Hoover
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced Wednesday that a suspect has been charged in the homicide of Dr. Devon Hoover, who was found shot to death inside his Detroit home last year.
