Detroit police commissioner resigns after being caught in vehicle with sex worker
Bryan Ferguson, of the Detroit Board of Police Commissioners, has resigned after being cited for "indecent and obscene conduct" for being caught with a sex worker in his vehicle Wednesday morning.
