Detroit offering new program for overdue water bills
Detroit announced the new EasyPay plan to help people catch up on unpaid water bills. It will cost $10 to enroll in, and after enrollment, the department will take the total amount owed and spread payments out over 36 months. Customers will still be responsible for their current monthly bill during that same period.
