Detroit-area chef talks on sustainability after winning a 2024 James Beard Award
Hajime Sato, of Sozai in Clawson, won the 2024 James Beard Award for Best Chef in the Great Lakes region. He hopes the win will encourage others to follow his lead in sustainability.
