City of Detroit plans to remove all lead pipes in 10 years
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is rewriting rules on pipes and wants cities to remove all lead pipes within 10 years. Gary Brown, director of the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, joined CBS News Detroit to discuss the city's plan to remove the pipes.
