A look into voting with disabilities
Two million of Michigan's residents live with some sort of disability, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, making civil duties like voting difficult. Desma Cosma, executive director of Detroit Disability Power, joined CBS News Detroit to discuss the matter.
