Woman Killed In I-94 Crash
YPSILANTI (WWJ) - Police are investigating after a woman died in a rollover accident along I-94 near Ypsilanti.
It happened shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday on the westbound side of the freeway near Wiard Road, after Rawsonville Road, just over the border from Wayne into Washtenaw County.
All westbound lanes were closed following the incident, but have since reopened.
There was no immediate information available from police as to what might have caused the crash.
There were no additional injuries reported. The woman's name has not been released.
