What does the Christmas forecast hold for metro Detroit?
AccuWeather Meteorologist Dean Devore says there's the possibility of snow showers on Christmas Day, Saturday, and again on Sunday; nothing too dramatic, but there could be some slick spots on the roadways both Christmas Day and Sunday along with those snow showers. A high both days in the upper 20s to near 30.
Wednesday, snow showers were falling throughout the morning. The snow has shut down, breaking into some sunshine, but Accuweather advises WWJ listeners to continue to watch out for slick spots through the afternoon. The high: 34.
It'll be partly cloudy Wednesday night, with a low down to 20. A cold couple of days tomorrow and Friday to end the work week, with temperatures within a degree or two of 30 for afternoon highs.
