VIDEO: Pipe Bursts, Floods MSU's Breslin Center
EAST LANSING (WWJ) - The frigid weather is causing quite a mess at Michigan State University.
A pipe burst at the Breslin Center Wednesday afternoon, causing water to flood through the building.
Senator Rick Jones captured video of the burst and shared the footage on Facebook.
Crews on Thursday continued making repairs to the pipe, described as three-inch fire protection line. According to reports, the damage is relatively minor; water did not reach the game floor.
School official say the incident will not impact Michigan State basketball's next home game, which is Friday night.
