VDS Now Unified Communications Partner With Polycom
Grand Rapids-based Voice Data Systems LLC said last week that it has achieved the status of Unified Communications Solutions Partner through Polycom Inc., the global provider of telepresence, voice and video.
VDS says it is committed to helping organizations transform the way they interact and collaborate.
"As technology transforms, combining the strength of VDS and the power of Polycom means a winning combination for our customers," said James Kress, president of VDS.
Kress said the importance of real time collaboration is critical to the success of any business-- because unified communications allows users to collaborate anytime, anywhere, using any tool.
Added Polycom regional channel manager Dan LeJeune: "This partnership is a great example of how VDS and Polycom work together to provide customers with the tools to help them collaborate real-time, right now."
Added Pete Rose, CTO at VDS: "It is an exciting time to be in the technology industry. The demand for new technology including unified communications and the convergence of voice and data systems is greater than ever. VDS is proud to continue its investment in the expertise and knowledge needed to implement and support these complex solutions."
VDS will be hosting a free webinar discussing the VDS and Polycom Partnership on Friday, April 15. Those interested in attending should email info@govds.com for more information.
