Vacant Detroit Dry Cleaner Goes Up In Smoke
DETROIT (WWJ) - Firefighters in Detroit were busy Wednesday morning, after a vacant dry cleaner on the city's northwest side went up in smoke.
The fire at 40 Minute Cleaners on Grand River Avenue near Greenfield was reported just after 3 a.m.
Police say no one was inside the building at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
Investigators are yet sure what caused the fire, but say the building will likely be a total loss.
An investigation is ongoing.
Area roads were closed for hours as fire crews put out the flames, but have since reopened.
