U-M Sugar Bowl Tix On Sale Today
ANN ARBOR (WWJ) - It's Hoke versus the Hokies...
The University of Michigan football team will face Virginia Tech in the 2012 Allstate Sugar Bowl on Tuesday, January 3 in New Orleans. The U-M Ticket Office will begin selling tickets Monday at 8:30am. Tickets range from $125 to $185 and there is a limit of eight. The tickets will be assigned based on the Victors Club priority point program.
This is the first time the two schools have ever met in football. The Wolverines (10-2, 6-2 Big Ten) finished the regular season ranked No. 13 in the final BCS standing. While The Hokies (11-2, 7-1 ACC) won the ACC's Coastal Division and finished the year listed No. 11 in the final BCS standings. This will be the Wolverines' fifth appearance in a BCS bowl game.
