Two Popular Job Interview Questions

DETROIT (WWJ) - Two interview questions you're likely to get if you're looking for a job and they might have hidden undertones.

If an interviewer asks "What was your bosses name at your last place of employment," or "What would your former supervisor say about you as an employee," chances are they are going to call those people to chat.

Allison and Taylor, a firm in Rochester that does reference checks for corporate America, says the warning is clear: Job candidates should think twice before embellishing employment history or their performance.

The firm said employers are more eager to dig deeper into background checks these days because they have so many candidates from which to choose.
