Trial Ordered For Dismissed Michigan Football Player In Sex Video Case
ANN ARBOR (AP) - A trial has been ordered for a former University of Michigan football player accused of filming sex acts with a woman without her consent.
The Ann Arbor News and Detroit Free Press report Logan Tuley-Tillman waived a preliminary exam Thursday in an Ann Arbor court. He's charged with two felony counts of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person and one felony count of using a computer to commit crimes.
Police said the woman reported the sex was consensual but not the filming. Tuley-Tillman told investigators he was too drunk to remember taking it.
Coach Jim Harbaugh removed Tuley-Tillman from the team in September because of "conduct unacceptable for a Michigan student-athlete."
Defense attorney Douglas Lewis declined to comment on the case.
The next hearing is expected early next year.
