Pedestrian Killed By Train In Pontiac
PONTIAC (WWJ) - A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in Pontiac on Wednesday, according to The Oakland County Sheriff's Department.
The accident happened around 6 p.m. on Woodward Avenue and South Boulevard.
The Oakland County Medical Examiner's Office plans to conduct an autopsy on Thursday.
Additional details about the crash or the victim's identity were not immediately released.
Woodward was closed for several hours while police were investigating, but has since reopened.
