Toys R Us To Stay Open For 88 Hours Dec. 21 Through Christmas Eve
DETROIT (WWJ) - With Christmas right around the corner, Toys R Us announced that its stores nationwide will keep their doors open for 88 consecutive hours of shopping.
The event begins at 6 a.m. Friday, Dec. 21 through 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve, providing last-minute gift-givers with "all the toys, all the time," including the hottest toys of the season, as well as those that can only be found at Toys R Us stores.
Savvy shoppers will also get incredible values each day leading up to Christmas, as well as the company's Price Match Guarantee, helping them check off everything on their little one's wish list and stretch their holiday budgets.
A store spokesperson said Toys R Us receives shipments of the season's must-have toys every day through Christmas Eve, so customers will be able to find all of their favorites.
"By extending our shopping hours in the days leading up to Christmas, customers can take advantage of around-the-clock shopping at Toys R Us stores nationwide for all of their gift-giving needs whenever is most convenient to them," Troy Rice, Executive Vice President of Stores and Services, said in a statement.
In addition, to kick off the all-night shopping sessions, Toys R Us is holding a two-day sale from Friday, Dec. 21 to Saturday, Dec. 22, presenting budget-conscious consumers with the several deals and discounts.
For customers who prefer online shopping to holiday crowds, Toys R Us guarantees that orders placed by 3 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21 are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve, with express shipping.
