"It's a funky little cafe," said Yellin, with authentic Paris cuisine and atmosphere. Her favorite dish is the chicken ratatoille sandwich. "It's like a stew with chicken in it on a baguette and it's delicious."

"It is romantic, it's lovely," said Yellin. "It is a gem in the rough ... It's upscale, white tablecloths, very interesting lovely food. And many people don't know about it. Serving American and European food and liquor.

The restaurant located in the Carr Building in Paradise Valley is a former Speakeasy. Yellin say it's a great pick for the socially conscious. "It supports training for [restaurant workers] people looking to get that foot up, as well as buying local and from reputable farmers."
