Three reasons Jay Cutler is the most underrated quarterback in the NFL this season:
1. The Bears' offensive line stinks. Cutler was sacked 52 times this season, nearly double the amount of all the Lions' QBs combined (27).
2. He doesn't have a premier wide receiver to work with.
3. Cutler led the Bears to the NFC championship game anyway.
