The Big Show Loves The Show 'Dexter' And Stares Down 97.1 The Ticket Webmaster

Growing up, the WWE was pretty much my world. I had the wrestling buddies, I had the action figures, I rented every PPV on VHS. I was pretty much obsessed.
Now I am 30 and I still watch wrestling -- I just don't buy the toys anymore. And today I received one of the cooler calls ever. The Big Show was coming to the CBS Radio building. Stuck in traffic on 696, I rushed to the station as fast as I could so I wouldn't miss my opportunity to talk or even get a glimpse how big the guy is.
I was actually lucky enough to score an interview with The Big Show.
Let me tell you, the guy is as big as advertised. I have been close to Shaq and in my opinion he kind of makes Shaq look tiny. But what to say to him? Running through my head on the way in were some of the questions I would like to ask. Maybe if he could choke slam me, maybe I would be lucky enough that he would get into character and talk to me like I was just a jobber in the WWE?
Then it hit me, how about I have a face-off with the guy! Of course, I would have to stand on a chair to be eye to eye.
When I asked The Big Show if I could do a stare down with him he had no problem with it at all. The only thing was he questioned my manhood when I wanted to stand on a chair. So hey I did the face off and in the end I couldn't even hold my own there. I may have lasted 5 seconds, but you tell me if you could stay there with The Big Show breathing down on you!
He talked about Daniel Bryan going for the WWE Championship this Sunday at The Night Of Champions, how his theme song came about -- and he weighed in on his favorite TV show. He named 'Dexter' and 'Breaking Bad' as his favorite shows. Who knew that would have fired him up? I want Dexter to die and he couldn't believe I wanted to kill off the 'hero'.
I told him, his company the WWE have been killing off my heroes since I was 5.
The last thing I had to do was see how big his hands actually are. If you have read any of my blogs before, you know I have tiny hands, and when I told The Big Show we had to measure he he was great about it and said I could have been a brain surgeon. The Big Show also said he should have been a proctologist!
