Terry Foster: Suh's Aggressiveness Sends Chilling Message To Opposing QBs

Allen Park— Lions coach Jim Schwartz is correct when he says defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh must use more caution while throwing quarterbacks around like rag dolls.

Suh received a 15-yard penalty and warnings from people around the league after he threw Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton to the ground during the Lions' 34-3 preseason victory on Friday.

Suh's behavior has been debated across the country. And even current players cautioned that he could become a marked man because Suh uses preseason games to play Frisbee with quarterbacks. I suppose I should fall in line and be outraged by this aggressive play.

I suppose I will when I stop feeling so great about what I am seeing on the field. First of all, it is a preseason game. No harm, no foul.

And Suh is sending a message to the rest of the league — "I'm crazy. Beware. I'm coming."

He did it last preseason when he hit Cleveland Browns quarterback Jake Delhomme. Last season, Suh got flagged for hitting Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler.
